SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. All shipments are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer international shipping to various countries and regions. We provide Free Shipping on orders over $59. For orders under $59, the shipping charges vary depending on your destination country and will be accurately calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States / Canada / Europe: 7 to 14 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
- Asia Pacific (Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, etc.): 5 to 10 business days
- Other International Destinations: 14 to 30 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection, holidays, or force majeure factors beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check your package status on the corresponding logistics tracking website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chinneo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
